Villa Valentini awaits you on a hill of volcanic origin with a unique

The restaurant
was built from the halls of the old mill and wine cellar. It is completely
excavated, more than two centuries ago, in Venanzite, the volcanic rock
that is under the house.
The restaurant
is on the ground floor of Villa Valentini. As soon as you enter
you will be absorbed in a simple atmosphere, yet elegant. The walls are
decorated with rural paintings. Thanks to his spacious three rooms, is
willing to accommodate more banquets at the same time.
The first
room, with its small tables is ideal for intimate lunches and dinners.
The second room has the ability to accommodate groups. The third room is
called
"The Grotto"
because it is built into the rock. It is Perfect for baptisms, communions,
confirmations or weddings. During the summer our pool turns into a harmonious
setting for cocktails, buffet, or a romantic dinner.
The restaurant
menu offers traditional Umbrian cuisine and a wide selection of Italian
wines. Our typical regional cooking originates from ancient Umbrian recipes.
Thanks to the originality of our chefs, we can also offer continental breakfast,
small appetizing dishes of our rich Umbrian cooking and new and tasty delicacies.
